Medical examination
- Valid photo identification, for example a passport, driving licence or seafarer's discharge book
- Urine sample
- Existing Health Certificate for Seafarers, if you have one
- Glasses, contact lenses or other vision correction, if you use one
- Confirmation from the Danish Maritime Authority when the Authority pays for the examination
- Relevant specialist statement or other documentation about physical or mental illness, if it may affect your fitness for service on board

Both parking options are approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk from the clinic. Other parking options are also available in the area. Parking is subject to payment, and current prices and terms are shown on the signage and the parking operators' own services.
